Once again Immersion information will all be electronic! Today, September 11th, you will be able to sign into your My Cherry Creek webpage (https://my.cherrycreekschools.org) and you will see this Immersion tile:
Click on the tile and you will be brought to a welcome page with a link to instructions for viewing this fall's Immersion offerings and entering your student's Immersion choices. The instuctions are attached to this email as well. Immersion Requests must be submitted via this tile no later than 3 pm on Wednesday, September 16th.
If your child is going on the Immersion trip to Grand Tetons, please do not fill out the Immersion Request Form. If you are planning to do an Independent Study during Immersion week, please pick "Independent Study" for all four of your choices on the Immersion Request Form. Each student doing an Independent Study must also submit a proposal and itinerary to the main office no later than 3 pm on Wednesday, September 16th.
If your family has funds available in your Entertainment Book account from prior year's sales, your student will bring home a balance statement today. Please note that funds from the current sale will not be available for use until next spring's Immersion. Immersion placements will be posted and Immersion paperwork will be sent home on Monday, September 28th. Immersion payments are due to the main office and paperwork is due to the Immersion teacher no later than 3pm on Wednesday, September 30th. The dates of this fall's Immersion are Monday, October 19th – Friday, October 23rd.
