Welcome Back Kickoff Schedule
Date: Friday, Aug 8, 2025 - Doors Open at 8:00 AM
8:00 AM – ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS 🏤 - New Families – Enter Through Main Entrance. Verify completion of online parent forms. Receive Elementary teacher assignments and/or MS student schedules with locker assignments.
- Returning families - Enter from South Side of the Building (Blacktop playground, where Elementary lines up)
Elementary Students: Classroom teacher assignments posted on south-facing windows
Middle School Students: Pick up schedules and locker assignments at the tables near the playground. NOTE: Tables will be separated alphabetically, please look for signs. - Student Schedules and Classroom Assignments will be available for all grades after 4:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6th if parent forms have been completed in Powerschool.

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: PTCO FAIR 🎪
Location: Main Hallway and CafeteriaALL Families are encouraged to attend to get information on how to volunteer, ways to connect with other families, school clubs and to purchase spirit wear.

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Meet Your Teacher Event 🍎
Location: the Backyard
Parents and students will have an opportunity to meet with their teachers! This event ends at 9:30 sharp so teachers can participate in scheduled training. Note: Grades 1-4 will be on the blacktop and Grades 5-8 will be in the backyard. -
8:30AM - 10:00AM: Lockers/supplies 🗃️
Elementary students may drop supplies in their personal cubby or outside their classroom, please label your bag. If you have ordered an EduKit, it will be delivered to your child’s classroom.
